Welcome to **Void Rift**. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. License and Scope of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Void Rift for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible Android devices.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the game—including the "Void Rift" title, code repositories, vector layout structures, font styles, procedural audio engine designs, and graphic layouts—are the exclusive property of the developers.

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Void Rift unless explicitly authorized by the developer or open-source licenses linked in our codebase.

3. SQLite Storage Disclaimer

The game stores high scores and settings locally on your device. We are not responsible for any lost game progress, deleted records, or high score resets due to device uninstallation, system updates, storage clearing, or device failures.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

Void Rift is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the game will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or be compatible with every Android device model.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game (including but not limited to hardware malfunction, data loss, or emotional distress from failing to beat high scores).

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international developer guidelines and applicable regional consumer protection laws.

7. Termination

Your license to use the game terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of Void Rift in your possession.
